Charter of the Erste Abwicklungsanstalt
Pursuant to section 8a (2) sentence 4 of the Stabilisation Fund Act (Stabilisierungsfondsgesetz, “StFG”1) of 17 October 2008 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1982), most recently amended by Article 2 of the Act of 10 July 2020 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1633), the Financial Market Stabilisation Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzmarktstabilisierung (FMSA)) enacted the following charter for the Erste Abwicklungsanstalt (EAA) in the version of 17 December 2020.
